What “one automation” means
One automation is a single, ready-made solution from our toolkit, set up and configured for your business — either one AI Front Desk (answers common questions and takes bookings) or one back-office/lead workflow (invoicing, scheduling, reporting, or lead follow-up). It runs on tools you already own and standard components we deploy — it is not a custom-coded, one-off system.
Included: configuring the solution to your business, connecting it to your existing accounts, a one-page how-to, a short handoff video, and in-scope tweaks while you’re subscribed (Signal Partner: up to about 6 hours a month).
Quoted separately: a second automation (a one-time $495 for Signal Watch subscribers), bespoke development, custom dashboards, deep multi-system integrations, or anything outside our standard toolkit. If a request goes beyond a standard deployment or the monthly hours, we’ll quote it as new scope before we start — never a surprise, never a hidden add-on.
No lock-in
Plans run on a 3-month minimum, then month to month — cancel any time after that. Everything we set up runs on tools and accounts you own, so if you leave, you keep the solution. Our hosting, monitoring, and maintenance stop, and we’ll hand it over cleanly.
