Our roots are in running consumer businesses: Tim Hortons, LG, Labatt, Kraft, Central City Brewing and Calgary International Airport, in commercial and general management roles. We've carried budgets, run turnarounds, and lived real operating weeks.
Our AI engineering is proven at BitStage, our rehearsal-based hiring studio, led by CTO Ahmed Jawed.

Over 25 years running commercial teams and brands, from Tim Hortons to Calgary International Airport, before founding BitStage and Barnes Signal Advisor. Tim leads every engagement: the audit, the plan, and the accountability.
Fractional CTO
Enterprise software architect with fourteen years building engineering teams. Ahmed leads technical strategy across generative AI infrastructure and has shipped AI products at global scale, including CharacterGPT, used by some thirty million people. He is completing an MS in AI at LUMS.
Where a build needs more hands, we bring in specialists from the BitStage bench, and we name them before they start.
