Tim has stood on every side of the operator desk — frontline brand at Tim Hortons, global consumer tech at LG, craft brewing turnarounds, distillery commercial leadership, and seven years running hospitality, retail, and F&B concessions across Calgary International Airport. He has hired, coached, fired, and rebuilt teams under real P&L pressure.

That operator life is why he built BitStage, the rehearsal-based platform that powers Barnes recruitment. Resumes and interviews tell you who someone says they are.
