The three practices are a sequence, not a menu. You are on step 3 of 3.
AI-Driven Marketing and Sales
Find them, qualify them, win them - and stop paying for the parts that never worked.
Small operators are told to do more marketing. Usually the answer is less marketing, aimed better.
The problem
You are told to post more, run more ads, send more emails, and buy more software. The advice is always more.
The real issue is usually not volume. It is that most of the work is aimed at people who were never going to buy, and the follow-up is too slow to catch the ones who were.
I fix the aim before I fix the volume. That means less spend on noise, more spend on the signal.

What I build
Marketing and sales workflows where the work is aimed at the right people, and the follow-up actually happens.
Lead research and qualification
I build a research step that checks whether a lead fits before you spend time on them. It looks at public signals, your criteria, and what has already closed.
Replaces: [placeholder - needs source] hours a week spent on unqualified leads
Outreach that is personalised - because it is actually researched
Every message ties back to a real fact about the prospect. It reads like a human wrote it because a human designed the research and the prompt.
Replaces: [placeholder - needs source] reply rate lift vs. generic outreach
Follow-up that does not need a human to remember
A follow-up sequence that triggers on real behaviour, not arbitrary dates. It stops when the prospect replies, escalates when they signal intent, and never pretends to be a person.
Replaces: [placeholder - needs source] follow-up tasks removed weekly
Reporting that shows what earned money
Dashboards that connect effort to revenue: cost per qualified lead, revenue by channel, and time to close. No vanity metrics without a source.
Replaces: [placeholder - needs source] faster reporting cycle
The 80/20 pass
I find the fifth of the effort that is producing four-fifths of the revenue, and cut the rest.
Not by guessing - by looking at your actual leads, channels, and revenue. Then I rebuild the small part that matters and stop funding the large part that does not.
Status: [placeholder - needs source]
What I will not do
I will not build anything that pretends a machine is a person.
If an AI writes an email, the reader knows it. If a chatbot handles the first reply, the handoff is clear. I do not use fake personas, forged signatures, or hidden automation to trick people into thinking they are talking to a human.
Disclosure is a standard here, not a preference.
Measurement
Every claim carries a number and a source. If I cannot measure it, I will say so.
The scoreboard is usually simple: cost per qualified lead, revenue by channel, follow-up response time, and hours saved on repetitive work. I will not report impressions or clicks as wins unless you can show me the revenue they produced.

Step 3 of 3. This is the end of the sequence. If you have not done step 1 yet, start there - pointing AI at revenue only works once the underlying work is built and repeatable.
